We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Jolant purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Miami, you'll get it faster than if you live in Alaska. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery
